Great Meeting Spot My friend and I use Williams as a meeting spot that's halfway between Hamilton and Oakville so it works for both of us. We asked for it to be made with skim milk and the girl serving us said that they didn't have any skim milk, only 2%. Ordered their premium breakfast then learned that they were out of waffles. The location is convenient, as it's right off the highway.
How do you not have your signature item on a Sunday morning. The booth seating allows for some privacy and there is no feeling of being rushed to leave. To celebrate our 10 year anniversary, we want to give back to the community that has helped us to become a recognized local coffee house and meeting place. They obviously just nuked them. The management team was very organized and things ran very smoothly inside the restaurant. They do have food there, which I've had in the past, and it is good, but pricey. We were overcharged for our meal.
Not all items available at all locations. Similar experience for those beside us - the manager spent more time apologizing for incorrect or late orders. The training was incredible, and advancement was an ongoing experience. November 11, 2013 Our visit and those of the patrons was full of mistakes. Also had minimal variety of muffins.
Likely won't go out of my way to go there again. Two of three meals were incorrectly presented and one meal was very poor French Onion soup combo. I have never, ever been to a coffee bar that doesn't have skim or 1% milk. There's ample seating and we've never had to wait for a spot. Accordingly, we do not recommend consumption of our gluten-free foods by those with celiac disease. But overall I did enjoy working there.
We had a lot of teamwork's skills by we always help each other out. . The fried potatoes were at least a few hours old, and perhaps a day old. My most enjoyable times with Willam's coffee pub was working with the public everyday and having a great team. Bottom line, the drink was good but Starbuck's and Second Cup are better. Everyday working with community can be a struggle sometimes, but having the right training really helped me to be able to address situations that may occur.
I like all my co-workers and supervisors that I got to work with. The food is consistent and the service is fine. When we questioned her, she was very rude and kept saying, we only have 2%. A manager looking person saw me waiting and instead of helping me, asked another staff member if anyone was helping at the front. No explanation of oh we just ran out but we normally carry it. .
